We now operate on a priority waitlist system rather
than a traditional waitlist.
By placing a security deposit,
you can secure first, second, or third pick of the litter—assigned
in the order deposits are received.
This option is only available
based on the expected litter size, either confirmed during pregnancy or once
the puppies are born.
Please note:
The priority waitlist is reserved for families committed to getting a dachshund,
regardless of coat type, color, or gender.
If you are seeking a specific appearance,
this option may not be the best fit.
Photos of the puppies will only be shared with priority waitlist families during
the first two weeks of life so they can make their selections.
After those picks are made,
remaining puppies will be made available on our website on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the unfortunate event that the entire litter is lost, priority families will be offered picks
from the next available litters.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee gender, coat type, or color, and pricing will
only be shared after the puppies are born and we know exactly what we have.
